Normally I pick up flower bouquets at fancy grocery stores but I was looking for something specific (and at the last minute). None of my normal jaunts had what I wanted. So I visited the Flower Cart to see what they had (after having driven by it earlier in the week). They did not have what I was looking for. The very helpful florist let me know that as soon as I inquired. I wasn't about to visit another place so I perused what they did have. They had some loose flowers that I could've purchased separately and built my own bouquet or they had one, yes one, lonely bouquet already made. It was beautiful so I opted for that. The Flower Cart was pricier than I normally pay but the quality of it was better. The recipient had nice things to say which isn't usually the case with the grocery store versions. Also, and this probably goes without saying, they had a lot less options than the grocery stores I normally go to. As an independent flower shop, I can understand not having a lot of premade bouquets for pop in visitors when you offer same day and next day bouquets that can be ordered on your website. They will even deliver around the Baltimore area. Still, I was pleased with my drop

Great Flower Store! I called last minute for same day, within a few hours, delivery service to have an arrangement delivered on a busy Saturday morning and they were so nice and accommodating! They had beautiful arrangements in the store ready to go and saved the day! Super nice to do last minute.

I cannot say enough good things about The Flower Cart! I ordered an arrangement for my mother, who works in the incredibly hectic front office of a middle school, and the entire experience was flawless. My mom was absolutely amazed when she received them. She couldn't stop talking about the florist's attention to detail; she was genuinely intrigued by how carefully the arrangement was prepared. You can tell that real artistry and care went into the design, rather than it just being a standard bouquet. On my end, I am incredibly thankful that the flowers were delivered prior to school dismissal. Timing is everything in a school setting, and having them arrive before the end-of-day rush was perfect. After a nonstop, strenuous day of work, this gift completely uplifted her spirits. Thank you, The Flower Cart, for helping me make her day so much brighter!

First time here and encountered the sweetest girl working there. Didn’t catch her name but definitely would be returning. I got one bouquet for myself and one for my son who passed away. Highly recommend them.
